As far as I can see JJB had no other collections from Armagh. Via Google there is a reference to Clountis as 'Clerke, W., Esq., Clountis-house, Rosscarbery, County Cork'. Rosscarbery is in West Cork grid ref. W23 and only ~8km from Lough Cluhir the possible site for specimen 357722 which is also from JJB.
