collector - although sheet is similar to those collected by 'R' this collector arguably has to be different, since another specimen collected the same month is from Torquay - http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/252051/ nb the label reading 'Llyfnant Wales' argues against the inscription being by ABS curator.

But there are 2 dates on the sheet, and Llyfnant was 1895, when R has other specimens from Cardiganshire - am editing accordingly
