Site illegible. Townsend collected a specimen from Germany this month

The site may be 'Mushelkalk Hills' - Muschelkalk a type of limestone.
Possibly referring to the Hainleite hills in northern Thüringen (Thuringia).

The word above could be 'Riss' - a crack or fissure in rock.
