There is a place in County Fermanagh called Kinarla grid ref H208448, so H24, looks like marshy ground at the south end of Lower Lough Erne. About 12km north east there's a Tully also on the Lough at H130552 and also in Co. Fermanagh.

..and of course there are lots of Tullys as Tully=Tulaigh the Irish for hill!

Looking at the map again I notice that about 1km north of Kinarla is a place called Tullydevenish (H209461) - surely this will be the best bet for 'Tully dev marsh' here! It also appears on specimen 336020.
