The taxon/dates, lots of errors. I think this needs checking. :(

My guess here is that this is 'per WH Griffin' who was, at this date, still dutifully adding to the herbarium of AO Hume after the death of the latter.

Collector is Miss Phyllis Stockdale (1898-1949) of East Grinstead ((ater Mrs Horrill of Eastbourne. "Her herbarium is held at Bexhill Museum (BEX). Her [Sussex] records date mainly 1910-1914, with a few 1916 records, and most are simply labelled East Grinstead, though a few for Ashdown Forest and Forest Row are also noted. She collected many plants from F. J. Hanbury's garden at Brockhurst, and presumably learnt from both him and her father, William Stockdale." from 'Flora of Ashdown Forest'.
