Style of label indicates Townsend as the collector. 'Westhill' on this and on http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/365384/ same date, appear to show that for Townsend, St Leonards was St Leonards on sea E Sussex, where West Hill Road runs parallel to the front and leads to West St Leonards Station - as opposed to St Leonards Forest near Horsham. Also some of his specimens from there are maritime. I've accordingly re-edited the 2 Townsend St Leonards sheets which didn't specify East Sussex.
