I've found Rothwell listed for Lincs, Leeds, Northants and West Yorks - but not Christchurch for any of those. However further searching reveals a Christ Church at Lofthouse, near Rothwell, Wakefield - http://www.christchurchlofthouse.org.uk/about-us/
