N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

Rumices Britannicae Exsiccatae - where should this be recorded on the sheet? should it be ex herb or notes? should the number 25 be put in the collectors number box?

It would appear that a set of Rumex sp (including this as 'No.25') had been circulated (perhaps within a Botanical Exchange Club) at some time. L.E. Lousley had a special interest in the Genus.
I would suggest that the item you refer to go in the Notes box.
