It looks like 'Helleston' which I take to be a spelling variant of 'Helston' - googling appears to show the name in use in the past.

C A J - Rev Charles Alexander Johns has many specimens from VC1 during 1830/1840s.

'Helleston' was the spelling often used by the poet Charles Kingsley on his herbarium sheets.
