Hi Ken,

I'm not sure it's safe to assume that Hooker was the collector. It looks consistent with his handwriting, but there there are many other sheets from other collectors that he's relabelled.

{I'm aware that there's been a lot of inconsistency with this sort of thing. I probably vary myself in how I treat ambiguous sheets like this - but in general to err on the side caution made be preferable.}
