The label suugests so but not the BEC Report -
"Sibthorpia enropea L. Wet and shady places, hedges and damp
banks among moss and springs, St Brelade's, Jersey, July 21, 1928.L.
ARSENE."

21 July was a Saturday; Britton was is Merioneth the following Wednesday.
