The location looks like Bunchrew, a village 5kms W of Inverness.

Other H@H specimens indicate that Lousley was collecting in mid-Scotland, and probably Skye, in July 1949, but that he was back in S.E.England in September. Neither the label, or the entries on it, are Lousleys, and it may have been prepared (?erroneously) by another person.
I would suggest collector still uncertain.
