Plumptre - a Nottinghamshire family, members of which inherited land in Kent and a peerage. Western, not Wester, is correct (but I haven't ascertained the collector's identity).

Henry Western Plumptre (of Little Fredville, nr Dover) died in 1939.
Born 1867, Fredville, Nonington.
His father, Charles, was recorded as a JP of Kent and a farmer of some 500 acres, employing 15 labourers.
(note the spelling of Plumptre on the labels is not always consistent)
