N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

A search for 'ex herb. William Robert Sherrin' + 'East Sussex' + 5/1899 now reveals five sheets all collected by a Miss/Mrs H/Honnor/Honnes. She doesn't seem to make any other appearances. I can find no trace of her elsewhere.

The Honnor surname certainly fits that written on the labels, but by May 1899 Kate would have been Mrs Sherrin. So could this be Kate's mother (? Jane Honnor) or a sister, or the wife of a brother?
