Phrygia (cf. Acts 2:10) was in Asia Minor, now modern Turkey; see http://bibdigital.rjb.csic.es/Imagenes/M2(LEGU)(TRIG)SIR_Gen_Trigon/SIR_Gen_Trigon_101.pdf

Although the link (above) confirms that Mitchell collected at 'Arzania', could that have been an orthographical error for Aezania (modern Aizanoi, where considerable Roman ruins remain)?
