Is anyone else having trouble with the sheet allocation system at present?

Problem I have is that if I go to the 'home' page and 'click here' I get the same set of partially-completed sheets (Bresslau and Napbury come to mind) to which I really cannot make any useful contribution. Clicking on project 'British and Irish Flowering Plants' further down seems to work though.
