- The Collector is most likely Wester A. Plumptre. The current binomial for "Orchis aranifera" is Ophrys sphegodes but the size of the labellum persuades me that this spmn is O. fuciflora (first differentiated by Rev G E Smith) for which The Warren is one of its classic sites.
