I see your biographical notes give 'Mary Cubitt was born 3 Oct 1821 at Hampstead, Middx. She married Charles Parker 1 Dec 1846 - Clapham'

Mary was the daughter of Thomas Cubitt, whose brother William (MP) bought Bedford Hill House in 1843 and improve the house and grounds.
