N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

All that the wiki tells us about Francis Morland Day is that he was a school master in Colwall, Worcestershire. As most of his labels do not mention a herbarium I have never entered his name in the ex. herb. field.

Snippets from the web indicate that he was involved in the production of the Flora of Devon (Keble Martin)' and contributed to bbc broadcasts on natural history. Also keen on meteorology, and involved in the Devonshire association for the advancement of science, literature & art. The school was the Downs School at colwall.
