Perhaps two separate collections, one marked 'Nr. Yarmo[uth]', the other 'Dr Smith'. Left-hand one in flower, the right-hand perhaps gone to seed and bushier.

I've seen various Hooker sheets labelled in this fashion, and am coming to infer this represents one collection

A paper "Observations of the British species of Mentha" by James Edward Smith M.D. was read to the Linnean and is recorded in their Transactions Vol 5, 1799.

and there appears to have been various specimens collected by Smith et al, in and around Yarmouth, Norfolk in the early part of the C19th.
