This is Benjamin Thompson Lowne junior's style of label so the most likely location is near Catford, West Kent, but I cannot find Green Hills Down, unless it refers to Hither Green, Lewisham.

With help from Chris I now read this as Green Hill which is just west of Darwin's Down House.
