see BIRM 2273

this has a location of Loch Leven , Kinross both of which are ambiguous as to the actual vice county... however we only have Ambiguous GB or Ambiguous IE wouldn't it be better to allow for any of the "Home" countries to be described as Ambiguous ?

in this case obviously Ambiguous Scotland

or at least allow the country field to be selectable when Ambiguous (GB) is selected.
