I wonder if this refers to the East-West track from Saltby to Mere Barn Farm - easy to see on the Ordnance Survey map via Streetmap.

The label does NOT refer to a herbarium of Mr Arthur Reginald Horwood, so it should not be recorded as such. Neither is it necessary to enter 'Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew', under ex herb. as Kew is already listed as Institution. This applies to numerous other documented sheets!

The determiner CD Pigott should be added using the [...] box to the right of the taxon.
