Image is 7,760px × 10,328px, which seems quite large!

I read it as:

Date 4/9/1936. The det. slip says "Confirmed by Mr. A. L. Still, 2/1943" presumably as Mentha x cordifoloia (Opiz) Fraser as per label and not Mentha spicata L. as filed.

But which Weston?

It says 'Weston, Bath' so I guess the one at ST7266, just north west of Bath.
Collector's number is 2889.
