N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

The collector of this specimen, in 1931 and from Wiltshire, is surely someone other than the C R Metcalfe who appears almost invariably as the communicator of the specimens of 'Elizabeth Metcalfe'.

Charles Metcalfe senior and junior, were Wisbech solicitors during the 1800s, though I cannot understand why either should be referred to as 'Dr'.

Perhaps this is Charles Russell Metcalfe (1904-1991), Keeper of the Jodrell Laboratory Kew, and author/editor of 'Anatomy of the Dicotyledons' 1950, and 'Anatomy of the Monocotyledons' 1960. The sheet is already listed in the Kew database.
