Appleton Norfolk and the style of this label suggest C E Hubbard, I can't however find any other Hubbard specimen of this species, nor any other Butler specimen

Presumably Lady Constance Butler (1879-1949), younger daughter of 3rd Marquess of Ormonde, an Irish peer. She does not appear to have been a BSBI member and is not mentioned in Simpson's Index.
