'20' is presumably VC20 - Herts. The Ship Inn is a common name, one possibility may be the High Street, Cheshunt, which is on the London-Cambridge road, and where a 17C pub The Ship Inn stood until the 1960s. Albrecht collected on the same date from Chippenham Fen and Arbury Banks, and the latter site is by one or other route between the other two.
