'Cheshire' added, but Woolston & Woolston Moss are on the Lancs side of the boundary. 'Francis' may be George William Francis, as per somewhat similar sheet http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/380379/ 'W' could be William Wilson possibly, as other 'Mantua' sheets marked 'WW'
