W H G must be W H Griffin, his name and handwriting are familiar from many other SLBI sheets. I haven't come across 'Coote' before, if the initial seems unclear (J or T), his surname alone could be entered. I think Ravensbourne is at Bromley - if the picklist, or 'streetmap' etc are no help, it's worth trying an interweb search. Worth mentioning the fasciation in notes.
