I think you are right about the date, 4589 = 9/8/1845, but that day Woods has other collections in Lewes, so I think this is from Upper Wellingham (VC14 E Sussex), ~5km north of the town at OS TQ4313. On the OS 1st edition, 1813, this was just Wellingham.
