Thurston was a prominent naturalist in British India.

I suggest Hutchinson (whence the "Rev"?) was John Hutchinson - see discussion at http://herbariaunited.org/forum/viewtopic.php?t=11506

I'm re-editing accordingly, with query as it's unfortunate there are too few John Hutchinson specimens to corroborate fully
