I can find interweb references to Stoke Damerel / Dameril, but not on map - perhaps near Milton Damerel SS3810, N of Holsworthy. Holmes' only other specimen near in date is from Plymouth, previous month

Stoke Damerel "adjoins the NE side of Devonport, 1 mile from Devonport station". Appears on modern maps as just Stoke at OS SX4655, but full name can be seen on the OS First Series.
