N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

However this sheet and others collected at Walton in August 1880 are labelled 'Collected Prince of Mantua & Montferrat' (also alias Charles Otley Groom-Napier who collected at Lewes and elsewhere in Sussex). COG is known to have paid FYB to collect for him from Walton; the interesting thing is the similarity of their handwriting as implied by the notes above entered by the person editing this sheet - so who wrote whose labels?? (I have suspicions that one of them was dyslexic)

Newhaven collector - distictive label of Mr Henry Ibbotson, even though he seems to have just one other specimen from E Sussex, and that with no photo
