There's a Antoine Gouan in the collector list, 15/11/1733-1/9/1821, French naturalist. He has one other sheet/specimen that may have been in a small group that were regularly skipped!

yes, that's clearly right! and my vague recollection tells me yes there are others, probably among the Hookers
