Perhaps Townsend writing 'A H' for Albert John Hambrough.

Collector's initials are certainly "A.H."

Word after Avon appears to be "Warwicksh."

Yes I definitely agree. The labelling is characteristic of F T / A H, and I can confirm the species grows on the Warwickshire Avon; where F T lived and his cousin A H would have visited him
