The collector seems to be the 'charming and inexhaustible' J Knapp as per your other recent sheet, who has about 10 specimens from the Lothians around this time, and whose sheets have suddenly started cropping up more; could be worth a search of 'J K' to see if others turn up

I've now searched 'J K' but no others turned up. J Knapp's and John Knapp's 13 specimens in h@h currently, date between 1839 -1845, nearly all from the Lothians and Perthshire; in various herbaria
