Muckle Moss - site could be that in S Northumberland, but could also possibly be in Shetland or elsewhere - I found no related specimens

Yes. The Rare and Scarce Plants of South Northumberland 2013 by Quentin J. Groom et al. gives: Muckle Moss SSSI (NNR) VC67 NY8066.
