Are these not C. divulsa?

Yes, they do look very like C divulsa (ssp divulsa?), and it looks as if the curatorial entry of 'C spicata' - with question mark - was a rather wild guess (my apologies for pot calling kettle black). Incidentally, both CTW2 and Stace 2 have C contigua (h@h name) as a synonym of C spicata
