There seem to be two places called Taufers, in South Tyrol, Italy. One now called Tures is NE of Belzano and N of Brunico, near the Austrian border. The other now called Tubre is NW of Belzano and W of Silandro, on the Swiss border. I can't make anything of the rest of the label

Taufers Pustariae suggests Taufers im Pustertal, ~10km north of Bruneck-Brunico, and at ~1000m. 6000' (1829m) implies the mountains above. There's a web page HERE.

Collector looks like Aussersdorfer possibly an Austrian botanist.
