Despite the note entered above ("On the Tarens of the Llanthony valley bordering on Breconshire," in Purchas & Ley.), and the note on label '3/9/1891 spent near Llanthony' I think this specimen is from Haugh Wood, Herefordshire - compare:
http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/255073/?image Ley has numerous specimens same date from Haugh Wood SO5936 which is the other side of Hereford from Llanthony
