This seems likely to Springfield Park, Middx TQ3487, which is Green's usual county including around May 1903. Springfield Park is on the River Lea, Upper Clapton, Stoke Newington; though Green appears to have only one specimen from that site or indeed that whole area, http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/336513/
