If the collector is Mark James Elgar Coode, he attended Cambridge University, receiving his BA in 1961, so VC29 seems more likely.

Carex riparia is listed in 'Checklist of the Flora and Fauna of Wicken Fen', Friday & Harley, 2000, but not Carex arenaria.

Another (Mark James Elgar) Coode sheet from 'Wicken', 398907, (bar code E00097014), entered in h@h as ambiguous, already appears here in the Edinburgh Herbarium Catalogue (very slow to load) where it has been assigned to VC 29 Cambs. You can tell that this is not uploaded h@h documentation, however, because the collector has been incorrectly entered as 'Coode, W.'!
