Written slightly differently on http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/399307/ - same person's handwriting? where it could mean perennial June???

Compare with (e.g.) sheet 345232 inscribed 'July Aug ♃', the Jupiter sign used by Linnaeus, Willdenow, De Candolle, and others to indicate perennial, but easily misread as 4!
