E Rosser has 2 sheets from this site, same date, but the exact location is debatable. Lochan Uaine recurs in 2 places in the Cairngorms, by Cairn Toul at NN9598, and by Derry Cairngorm at NO0298. It is also a recurring name elsewhere. The nearest Glen More (another recurring name) to the NW is the natural access point, at NH9809 and perhaps slightly nearer the latter site. I've discounted the Great Glen
