Appears to be one of several Rohrbach's in Germany (not Austria or Switzerland) by comparison with http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/269123/ and http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/269125/ The date could be wrong as Ley has 5 German specimens the previous year, four from Hessen May 1898
