N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

As well as the numerous sheets of this date, I recall there have been other sheets from 'Mr Johnsons Garden'? can't recall its whereabouts though

There was a Mr S. R. Johnson, who had a famous garden in Charlestown, Massachusetts!

Much more likely!

The original reference to Mr Johnson's Garden seems to be sheet 338624.

Genealogical sites refer to John Johnson 1797 - 30 Mar 1865, Head Gardener on the estate of the Duke of Wellington, who lived at Milton House [OS SU6962] adjacent to Home Farm on the Stratfield Saye estate.

Whether Johnson was the collector of specimens or J Breach, in the collection of whom they invariably came to rest, is open to discussion.
