On other Herb. John Harriman sheets the copied label at the foot is ascribed to William Sole, with Sole's name on the label above right. In this case the latter is not easy to decipher.

I think the label also gives River Team. I agree with you about the photocopied labels eg:
http://herbariaunited.org/specimen/236113/?image even though in this case Sole is written merely as if the authority of the species name
