Hi Ian,

Sorry that you've had such a run of problematic sheets. Where there are multiple collections on a single sheet you can add extra specimens by clicking the green cross at the top left of the documentation form - which duplicates the whole form.

i found after that i could put on multiple specimens - one sheet had 5 on!
