N.B. reporting of the edit history is currently fairly unclear and misleading. Most edits made to specimens appear as a pair of 'add' and 'delete' entries, which may not be together in the list. There are also often 'minor' edits, which are made automatically (rather than due to user activity), for example to merge synonym names.

How do you record two accessions on the same sheet but from different sites and with different collection dates?

Hi Alison,

It's possible to attach multiple specimen records to a single sheet. To do this, click the green cross symbol at the top of the specimen form. This will add another copy of the specimen form, which you can use to record the details for the second specimen.
