The website was offline this morning (28_October_2008) from ~0600 till 1230 due to external network problems - it should now be back to normal.

Unfortunately there were further network problems over the weekend (1st/2nd November). The website is back online now and no further issues are anticipated.

The most recent network outage was related to a connection speed upgrade - which shouldn't have involved any disruption to the website's network connection - but unfortunately caused problems.

Following the upgrade the website should now be working faster than previously.
